The two
original partner organisations of Tapriza Culture School - both
coordinated within the school's Tashi D. NGO in Nepal - are the
Tapriza Verein in Switzerland and Friends of Dolpa in the USA, both
registered as tax-exempt NGOs. They were founded by the Swiss Social
Anthropologist Marietta Kind and the American Conservation Education
Specialist Catherine Inman who have both lived in Dolpo over a
period of years. Both organisations aim to further the educational
and cultural goals of the school project, collect and manage
donations, and inform their supporters about the school's progress.
They work in close contact and coordination with the school.
To guarantee a
clear financing, budgeting and management, Tapriza Culture School
would like to ask interested organisations and individuals to
contact one of the two mentioned partners in order to maintain an
overview of the financial situation and progress and maintain two
central addresses for progress and financial reports. We hope for
